    A. Flue Duct Damper

    Purpose of Use:

           The damper is used for adjusting flow or cut off the flow in the flue duct. It is an important auxiliary machinery for the power station. During the course of turning 90°, the damper in different positions can realize auto adjustment by means of different working media flow.
           The damper has a lot of types including the butterfly type, shutter type, gate type and tee damper type. It is used for different occasions. According to the drive mode, it can be divided into the motor type, pneumatic type, hydraulic type and manual type. The company can make designs based on use conditions of the customer and the max size can reach 7m.
    Customer order shall provide the following parameters:
    ①Min. working pressure (P)Pa ② Max. Working temperature (t)℃ ③ Working medium ④ Purpose of use and location of the air door in the duct.

    B. Mechanical Vibrating and Beating Ash Cleaner

    Purpose of Use:
           Flying ash may occur when the refuse-fired boiler and some HRSGs are operating. The flying ash will stick to the heated surface. As the adhesiveness of such ash is stronger than that of the normal pulverized coal-fired boiler, it is hard to clean using normal steam blowing and shock wave cleaning method. In order to avoid the flying ash sticking to the heated surfaces of the horizontal flue duct and keep the heat efficiency and stable operation, the refuse-fired boiler is normally equipped with vibrating and beating ash cleaner to ensure heated surfaces clean.
           Based on different drive forces of vibrating and beating, it is categorized into the mechanical vibrating and beating type and pneumatic vibrating and beating type.
           The mechanical vibrating and beating type uses small volume motor as power to bring a long shaft to rotate slowly with a transmission. Many vibrating and beating hammers are hanged on the shaft based on equally divided phases and will hit the heated side headers in sequence. At the moment of hammering, the heated surface is made to vibrate violently and cause small cracks among the attached ash deposit due to repeatable application of stress until the adhesive force is broken and the ash falls off.
           The mechanical vibrating and beating has the strength of low power consumption and no other medium added to the flue gas.But its weakness is having certain adverse influence on the service life and strength of the pipes and welds on the heated side.
    Structure:
           Composed of the motor, rotary shaft, vibrating and beating hammer, drive rod, seal device and internal vibrating and beating rod etc.

    C. Pneumatic Vibrating and Beating Ash Cleaner

    Purpose of Use:
           The pneumatic vibrating and beating ash cleaner arranges 1 pneumatic hammer at each vibrating and beating point so as to replace the shock hammer with pneumatic hammer. When the cylinder works, the impact force brought by the piston shock the heated side headers. Its ash cleaning mechanism is the same as the mechanical type. The pneumatic vibrating and beating has the advantage of flexible arrangement and easy control of the vibrating and beating frequencies at each shock point.
    Structure:
           Composed of the pneumatic hammer, fixing seat, drive rod, spring, seal device and internal vibrating and beating seat etc.
